Complimentary Golf

Program Mechanics

•	Cardholder enjoys Privilege at 2 participating golf clubs in Malaysia.
•	Applicable only to Visa Infinite Cards issued in Malaysia (Principal Cardholder only).
•	Weekdays and weekends: maximum 1 cardholder and minimum 1 paying guest per flight. Minimum 2 golfers per flight (subject to pairing and discretion of the golf clubs).

Fees and Charges

•	Golf rates (to be quoted to cardholders) are not inclusive of taxes and are subject to change without notice.
•	All other fees are to be borne by the principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and his/her guest(s).
•	Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and guests have to pay for buggy, caddie, turfmate, locker fee and insurance at normal published rates at the club where applicable.
•	There will be an administration fee of RM$50 for any changes made to the confirmed golf booking such as amendments to tee-times, change of date of play and “no-show” on confirmed bookings.

Reservations

•	A club member is not allowed to make a booking directly at the club just so as to subsequently transfer the confirmed tee time over to a principal Visa Infinite Cardholders.
•	Golf clubs will not entertain any correspondence/enquires and/or attempts for bookings made directly from the principal Visa Infinite Cardholders when they contact the Golf Clubs directly. Visa Infinite Cardholders should be contacting the Visa Concierge for any enquiries/bookings.
•	Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders may bring guest(s). There is no limit to the number of guest(s) but bookings are subject to availability.
•	Bookings: • Weekday bookings must be done at least 3 working days in advance. • Weekend bookings must be done at least 5 working days in advance.
•	Acceptance of all bookings/change to tee times will be at the discretion of the golf clubs and subject to availability.

Cancellation/Changes

•	Cancellation and amendment fees apply.
•	There will be no rain check.
•	Any change or cancellation must be made 3 working days prior to intended tee-off date/time and subject to availability.
•	Cancellation/amendment fee will be charged directly to the Principal Cardholder’s Visa Infinite Card account.

Payment

•	All payments for the principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and guests must be made upon booking and charged to a Visa Infinite Card issued in Malaysia.

Visa reserves the right to change the stipulated club with another club of the same repute.

Golfers must have a valid handicap.

The Visa Malaysia Golf Program 2010 is valid for golf course access only. Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and their guests will not have access to the other recreational facilities at the golf club.

The Visa Malaysia Golf Program 2010 is not to be regarded as a golf club membership.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating principal Visa Infinite Cardholders indemnifies Visa/OAAG/the respective golf clubs from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by him/her in connection with his/her participation in the Visa Malaysia Golf Program 2010.

Golf For Less

Conditions of play

•	Visa Golf for Less is valid from 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2010
•	Applicable for all Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders in Singapore, China, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand
•	Singapore clubs: A minimum of 1 Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders is allowed to play Visa Golf for Less and a minimum of 1 paying guest per flight on weekdays
•	Singapore clubs: A minimum of 1 Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders is allowed to play Visa Golf for Less and a minimum of 2 paying guests per flight on weekends
•	All other clubs: A minimum of 1 Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders is allowed to play Visa Golf for Less and a minimum of 1 paying guest per flight on weekdays
•	All other clubs: A minimum of 1 Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders is allowed to play Visa Golf for Less and a minimum of 1 paying guest per flight on weekends
•	Combination bookings are not allowed

Reservations

Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders will not be granted access rights to the clubs without prior bookings through Visa Infinite Customer Service/Member Bank/OAAG.

•	Golf clubs will not entertain any correspondence/enquires and/or attempts for bookings from Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders when they contact the golf clubs directly
•	Singapore clubs: weekday bookings must be done at least 4 working days in advance
•	Singapore clubs: weekend bookings must be done at least 6 working days in advance
•	All other clubs: weekday bookings must be done at least 2 working days in advance
•	All other clubs: weekend bookings must be done at least 4 working days in advance
•	Acceptance of all golf bookings/changes to tee times will be at the discretion of the clubs and are subject to availability
•	A club member cannot make a booking directly at the club and transfer the confirmed tee time over to the Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders

Fees and charges

•	Discounts on green fees for Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders will be absorbed by Visa
•	Discounts on green fees for guest(s) will be absorbed by Visa
•	Guests enjoy discounted green fees which are lower than the walk-in green fee rate
•	Golf rates quoted are to be borne by the Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and his/her guest(s)
•	Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and guests have to pay for buggy, caddie, turfmate, locker fee and insurance at normal published rates at the club where applicable

Cancellation and charges

•	Cancellation and amendment fees apply
•	There will be no rain check
•	There is an amendment fee of USD 14 (or local currency of play) for any changes made to the confirmed golf booking such as amendments to tee-times and change of date of play
•	Cancellation fees will be charged directly to the Principal Visa Infinite Credit Card account

CANCELLATION POLICY – WEEKDAYS (Singapore clubs)

Any changes and cancellation for weekday bookings must be made 3 working days in advance prior to tee-off date.
The following cancellation charges will apply to the Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and their guest(s):

(a)	50% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 2 working days before tee-off date
(b)	100% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 1 working day before tee-off date, no-show or late arrivals

CANCELLATION POLICY – WEEKENDS (Singapore clubs)

Any changes and cancellation for weekday bookings must be made 4 working days in advance prior to tee-off date.
The following cancellation charges will apply to the Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and their guest(s):

(a)	50% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 3 working days before tee-off date
(b)	75% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 2 working days before tee-off date
(c)	100% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 1 working day before tee-off date, no-show or late arrivals

* Total chargeable amount includes green fee, buggy fee, caddy fee, turfmate fee, insurance and locker at normal published rates at the golf clubs where applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY – WEEKDAYS (all other clubs)

Any changes and cancellation for weekday bookings must be made 1 working day in advance prior to tee-off date.
The following cancellation charges will apply to the Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and their guest(s):

(a)	100% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 1 working day before tee-off date, no-show or late arrivals

CANCELLATION POLICY – WEEKENDS (all other clubs)

Any changes and cancellation for weekday bookings must be made 3 working days in advance prior to tee-off date.
The following cancellation charges will apply to the Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and their guest(s):

(a)	75% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 2 working days before tee-off date
(b)	100% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 1 working day before tee-off date, no-show or late arrivals

* Total chargeable amount includes green fee, buggy fee, caddy fee, turfmate fee, insurance and locker at normal published rates at the golf clubs where applicable.

Payment

•	All payments for the Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and guests must be made upon booking and charged to the Principal Visa Infinite Credit Card
•	All charges will be made in the local currency of play

Miscellaneous

•	Golfers must have a valid handicap

200 Worldwide Access

Conditions of Play

•	Applicable for all Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders in Asia Pacific
•	200 Worldwide Access is valid from 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2010
•	Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders enjoy discounted green fees to 200 golf clubs on weekdays and selected golf clubs on weekends
•	There is a minimum of 3 golfers per flight on weekdays and a minimum of 4 golfers per flight on weekends
•	Combination bookings are not allowed

Reservations

Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders will not be granted access rights to the clubs without prior bookings through Visa Infinite Customer Service/Member Bank/OAAG.

Cancellation and charges

•	Cancellation and amendment fees apply

•	There is an amendment fee of SGD 20 (or local currency of play) for any changes made to the confirmed golf booking such as amendments to tee-times and change of date of play
•	Cancellation fees will be charged directly to the Principal Visa Infinite Credit Card account

CANCELLATION POLICY – WEEKDAYS

Any changes and cancellation for weekday bookings must be made 4 working days in advance prior to tee-off date.
The following cancellation charges will apply to the Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and their guest(s):

(a)	50% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 2 working days before tee-off date
(b)	100% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 1 working day before tee-off date, no-show or late arrivals

Any changes and cancellation for weekday bookings must be made 4 working days in advance prior to tee-off date.
The following cancellation charges will apply to the Principal Visa Infinite Cardholders and their guest(s):

(a)	50% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 3 working days before tee-off date
(b)	75% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 2 working days before tee-off date
(c)	100% of the total chargeable amount* will be charged for cancellations made 1 working day before tee-off date, no-show or late arrivals

* Total chargeable amount includes green fee, buggy fee, caddy fee, turfmate fee, insurance and locker at normal published rates at the golf clubs where applicable.
